Trey Songz Facing $10M Lawsuit For Sexual Assault
A certain Jane Doe from Georgia has accused American singer and songwriter, Tremaine Aldon Neverson, known professionally as Trey Songz, of sexual assault.
Media outlets report that Trey Songz invited Ms. Doe to the club following a 2018 New Year’s Eve party at Diddy’s house.
She added saying he forcefully tried to place his hands under her dress and also tried to insert his fingers in her vagina.
The singer is not faced with a $10M lawsuit as she sues him for citing assault, battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
The statement read in part;
“This is a lawsuit arising from a sexual assault and battery committed by NEVERSON upon JANE DOE while the two were partying at the E11even Miami night club (“E11even”) on January 1, 2018. This suit is based on claims of Assault, Battery, Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress, and Negligent Infliction of Emotional Distress. Plaintiff is seeking more than Ten Million dollars ($10,000,000.00) in damages.”
Ms. Doe went on to narrate how the American singer sexually assaulted another woman in her statement.
“Shortly after the incident with NEVERSON at E11even JANE DOE discovered that she was not NEVERSON’S only victim at E11even, as another female who was in attendance at the nightclub with the group confided to JANE DOE that NEVERSON had also put his hands down her pants and had placed his fingers into her buttocks without her consent earlier that same night,” the paperwork continued.
At the time of this report, Trey is yet to respond to these allegations.
