Adedamola Adefolahan also known as Fireboy DML wins BIG at 2020 Headies Award and also makes history. The YBNL star won five (5) awards in one night which makes him join his Idol Wande coal as the only two Artists with the most wins in one night.
Fireboy DML is the only to win 4 awards from two different album in one night. He was also awarded Headies revelation of the year. Fireboy won five awards which include Album of the year (Apollo), Best R&B Album (Laughter, tears and goosebumps), Best Pop Album (Apollo), Best R&B Single (Tattoo) and Headies revelation of the year.
In his acceptance speeches he said how grateful he is to God, his fans and family. He also dedicated on of the awards to legends, and he dedicated another one to his best friend Oxlade.
The Singer with no doubt had a wonderful night with a great inspirational performance, Last year Fireboy lost the next rated awards to Rema but this year look what he took home, It only shows growth and true talent.
