‘I Have Always Been A Big Fan Of Wizkid’ – John Boyega

Nigerian Hollywood star, John Boyega has revealed that he is a big fan of Nigerian music star, Wizkid.

He made this statement while speaking in an interview with Ehiz of MTV base. Boyega disclosed that he has been a fan of Wizkid since his days at EME when he released songs like ‘Love My Baby’, Pakurumo and a host of others.

Meanwhile, a Hollywood movie titled ‘Pacific Rim’ which has been receiving loads of attention in Nigeria features Nigerian Hollywood star, John Boyega, and also has Wizkid’s song, ‘Daddy Yo’ as part of the movie soundtracks.

John Boyega, revealed that he included the song because he wanted to show that the main character, ‘Jake’, “loves a good Afrobeat song” and due to his love for “Starboy”, he picked ‘Daddy Yo’.
