Davido Hailed By Rolling Stone Magazine As ‘Fall’ Gets Bigger In US
Popular American magazine Rolling Stone has showered encomium on Davido as his 2017 smash hit ‘Fall‘ gains more popularity among American music lovers.
Rolling Stone reported that Davido’s ‘Fall’ was gaining a lots of traction on radio as it been played over 482 times and counting across 36 radio stations. It admitted that the song was gaining more love from listeners who quickly Shazam the tune immediately it blasts through the speakers.
The growth has been gradual: 482 plays to date, spread across 36 stations, according to Nielsen BDS, which tracks radio activity. BDS reports that four new stations added “Fall” into rotation last week.
Davido is said to be charting a new path for more African musicians to break into the American music market. He recently featured on Casanova’s newly released song ‘2AM’.
