Runtown Wins Lawsuit Against Eric Many
Nigerian pop star Douglas Agu better known as Runtown has one over his former record label Eric Many Records.
Previously Eric Many had filed a lawsuit against Runtown restraining him from recording new music or performing at events has been suspended by an Abuja High Court.
In a legal document obtained by Jaguda, the Abuja High Court had suspended a previous ruling dated 04/12/2018 which barred Runtown from recording of performing.
The court also issued a restraining order preventing Eric Many from enforcing the suspended orders against its former artist. The new court ruling which restores freedom of making music and performing to Runtown was passed on January 23.
