Before now, YCEE was signed to Tinny Entertainment. Under the record labe he released hits like ‘Jagaban’, ‘Omo Alhaji’, ‘Juice’ and two EPs. The rapper confirmed his exit from Tinny on Twitter in a tweet.

Meanwhile, Tekno has set up his own music company Cartel after ending things with Ubi Franklin’s TripleMG. The ‘Pana’ crooner signed a contract with TripleMG in October 2013 and has spent 5 years on the label without releasing and album although he has a bag of hit singles.
He hinted on his exit in an Instagram post where he shared the name of his new music outfit Cartel and captioned it ‘CEO’.
Tekno has not been active lately due to the damage on his voice box in the last quarter of last year which saw him cancel shows he was booked for.
