Police Cancels Naira Marley’s Dublin Show Due to Violence
Embattled Nigerian rapper Naira Marley was in Dublin, Ireland over the weekend for a show. Unfortunately he could not perform after violence erupted at the venue.
The violence was reported to be gang related as a group of youths fled the scene. The local police had to cancel the show as a young man was arrested and weapons were seized from him.
The unfortunate incident took place at Lost Lane, Dublin. A police spokesman had the following to say about the situation.
“A number of offensive weapons were located after the youths departed and were seized. Investigations are ongoing”, he said.
