ANS: ANIBABA DAVID OLUMIDE
WHERE DID YOU GROW UP?
ANS: well I’d start by saying, I was born in surulere, aguda precisely, spent some years in
festac too but basically, I grew up in Aguda cause to be fair, I spent most of my life
there
WHEN DID YOU START YOUR MUSIC CAREER?
ANS: Errm I did in 2012 I think cause I started writing professionally then but never had
a recorded material until 2015.
WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO DO MUSIC?
ANS: Well to be honest I never had music in mind till the inception of really young
artistes like wizkid cause until his breakout, I never thought it possible for young
talented guys like I to stand a chance in the Music Industry in this part of the world and
also, the quest of getting heard and letting my exceptional musical talents out there
also propelled me
WHICH FAMOUS ARTISTE DO YOU LOOK UP TO?
ANS: None other than the STARBOY himself, his career gives me another level of hope
WHAT GENRE OF MUSIC DO YOU DO?
ANS: Hmm, I ain’t static like am not that artiste that has one certain genre of music
cause my music is based on my moods and feels so I could play on any genre I so want
long as it works with my vibe.
ARE YOU CURRENTLY SIGNED TO A RECORD LABEL?
ANS: Not yet but hopefully.
WHICH STATE ARE YOU FROM?
ANS: The centre of excellence, LAGOS STATE.
DO YOU PLAY ANY INSTRUMENT? IF YES, PLEASE SPECIFY
Ans: Yes, HEART STRINGS *smiles*
DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER JOB ASIDE FROM DOING MUSIC?
Ans: Most definitely, I own a BRAND called VINCULUM, deals with everything showbiz
including Fashion which is currently headlining
