EFCC Arrests Zlatan Ibile Alongside Naira Marley Over Fraud
Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested Nigerian street hop star Temidayo Omoniyi Raphael aka better known as Zlatan Ibile.
Zlatan was arrested along with Naira Marley and four others over alleged fraud and money laundering. Others arrested with the music stars are Tiamu Abdulrahman Kayode, Abubakar Musa, Adewunmi Adeyanju Moses. The above arrest was revealed in a statement by the EFCC spokesman Tony Orilade.
Personnel of the anti-graft agency conducted a raid at 9 Gbangbola street, Ikate, Lekki, Lagos. Laptops, amongst other items were recovered from the suspects during the arrest.
So far the suspects are cooperating with EFCC as the have volunteered helpful tips as regards their operation and involvement in the criminal activities.
Just about a week ago, Naira Marley and Zlatan released a controversial tune, ‘Am I A Yahoo Boy?‘ which has been buzzing on the net as the subject matter continues to trend.
