Burna Boy Is Apple Music ‘Up Next’ Artist
Afrofusion singer Burna Boy is Apple Music Up Next Artist for the month of July. The digital music platform chose the ‘On The Low’ crooner as its featured artist in the Up Next profiling.
This honor comes on the heels of Burna Boy BET Awards win. The singer is the second Nigerian musician to be featured as an Apple Music UP Next Artist after Mr Eazi.
In a recent interview on Apple Beat 1 radio, Burna Boy discussed his upcoming album with Julie Adenuga. He had previously announced that the ‘African Giant’ album would be released on July 26.
In the interview Burna Boy told Julie and his audience that the album focus on the things happening around him at the moment. He also declared he wasn’t under any pressure to make music or release an album.
